Workflow: pSFCS (perpendicular scanning FCS)

Purpose

Compute the autocorrelation function from perpendicular scanning line data.

Steps

1. Open the SFCS tab.

2. Select Input file and channel.

3. Select number of CPU cores.

4. Optional: enable bleach correction.

5. Click Correlate.

Outputs

• Autocorrelation curve G(τ) and uncertainty estimate (if computed)

• Optional exported plot files (e.g. SVG) depending on your configuration
