# Workflow: pSFCS (perpendicular scanning FCS)

## Purpose
Compute the autocorrelation function from perpendicular scanning line data.

## Steps
1. Open the **SFCS** tab.
2. Select **Input file** and **channel**.
3. Select number of CPU cores.
4. Optional: enable **bleach correction**.
5. Click **Correlate**.

## Outputs
- Autocorrelation curve `G(τ)` and uncertainty estimate (if computed)
- Optional exported plot files (e.g. SVG) depending on your configuration
